Packing designed around the instrument
Instruments combine delicate finishes, projecting components, joints and tuned assemblies that need controlled support. We assess the instrument, its case where present, and any vulnerable areas before specifying the outer protection.
Cases are part of the packing, not always the final package
A hard case may provide useful internal support but can still require cushioning and an external shipping container. Instruments without cases can also be packed using protection designed specifically around the piece.
Collection from sellers, owners and venues
We arrange collection directly from private sellers, shops, auction houses, studios and other locations, then coordinate UK or international delivery. Accessories, stands and amplifiers can be included within the same consignment plan.

Can you collect directly from a seller?
Yes. Once collection has been authorised, we can coordinate directly with the seller and manage the packing and onward transport.
Is a hard case enough for shipping?
Sometimes, but not automatically. We assess the fit, internal movement and strength of the case before deciding whether additional cushioning or an outer shipping container is required.
