Correct clearance around the item
A well-designed carton allows space for the protection the contents actually need. We size the package around the cushioned item so vulnerable surfaces are supported without being compressed.
Internal protection engineered for the contents
Foam, cushioning and dividers can isolate fragile areas, separate accessories and reduce movement. The internal layout is selected alongside the outer carton rather than treated as an afterthought.
Suitable for one-off and repeat shipments
Custom cartons can be used for individual specialist consignments or repeat business movements. Where a carton is not the right solution, we can move to timber casework or pallet-based packing instead.
